Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

1. Who we are; your agreement

These terms govern your use of inedito.ai and the Inedito service ("Inedito"), operated by Toneeto, PBC ("Toneeto," "we"), a Delaware public benefit corporation based in Mountain View, California. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use Inedito.

2. What Inedito is

Inedito is a personal editor for commerce: it learns your taste and recommends products, brands, films, and other things it believes are worth your money and attention. Inedito is in active development. The current site collects requests for a private alpha; features described on the site express our intent and may change, ship differently, or not ship at all.

3. Invitations and accounts

Alpha access is by invitation, offered in order of request, and may be limited, paused, or withdrawn as we build. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account personal to you, and to keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to use Inedito.

4. Recommendations, not advice

Inedito's picks are editorial and informational. We work hard to be right, and we will sometimes be wrong: prices, availability, and product details change without notice, and you should confirm them with the seller before buying. Purchases happen with third-party merchants under their terms — we are not the seller and make no warranties about third-party products, services, or content.

5. No paid placement; affiliate commissions

No brand can pay for placement, ranking, or attention in anything Inedito recommends. If you buy something through a link we provide, we may earn an affiliate commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Commissions never influence what we recommend, and where we would earn one, we tell you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Inedito unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt the service; access it by automated means at scale (scraping, bulk extraction); attempt to reverse engineer it except where the law gives you that right; or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Your content and feedback

What you tell Inedito about your taste is yours. You grant us the license needed to use it to operate and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation.

8. Our intellectual property

The site, the service, and our names and marks (including "Inedito" and the Inedito logo) belong to Toneeto or its licensors. These terms give you no rights in them other than to use the service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

Inedito is provided "as is" and "as available." It is alpha software: things will break, change, and disappear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toneeto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Inedito. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; where that's you, these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Termination

You can stop using Inedito at any time and ask us to delete your data at hello@inedito.ai. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or if we wind down the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (4, 5, 7–13) survive.

12. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using Inedito after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and Toneeto consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may use small-claims court where eligible.
